Event Marketing: Prepares and executes, either independently or in coordination with client/promoters, a marketing plan for arena events.Creates and maintains extensive relationships with media outlets, promoters, clients, and sponsors.Acts as a liaison between the show and local media contacts across all mediums and places advertising as requested.Reviews all advertising invoices and prepares advertising settlement by show.Keeps all in house marketing updated, including video board in game and outdoor highway sign.Runs all platforms on social media including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Tik Tok. Posts all event related concert photos and films live streaming for social media platforms.Handles all media personnel for an event including photographers and media. Work in conjunction with promoters to ensure the show has approved all media personal and follow the show media protocol. Event Management:Provides supervisory role for event and parking staff. Direct report for usher supervisors, incident reporter, guest services, and parking supervisors. Prepares all front of house personnel schedules by event based on anticipated attendance and promoter requirements.Handles all customer complaints and provides resolution for same.Direct contact for all 3rd party staff including local police, local fire, and private security. Provides required tools and information to event staff prior to each event.

Actively sell Corporate Sponsorships, a variety of season ticket packages, group outings, and individual tickets. Obtain and cultivate leads through phone calls, emails, face-to-face meetings, in arena presentations, and inbound inquiries as well as current clients of Hertz Arena. Execute meetings, calls, and presentations with potential and current clients. Attend local networking events to promote current and future sales campaigns.
