As a Strategic Market Researcher, I handle data and transform it into actionable insights. My primary responsibilities include gathering raw data from various sources (online surveys, desk research, internal Data, external Data), converting this data into information, creating dashboards, and ultimately turning the information into useful insights. Currently, I am applying these skills at Snapp, where I delve into understanding the primary preferences of passengers and drivers. By benchmarking Snapp against its competitors, I derive critical insights, such as estimating competitors’ budgets, discerning current market preferences, and computing key market metrics. These insights are then communicated to relevant stakeholders, aiding strategic decision-making.

I work in this position as an elite soldier. I completed my military service by contributing to a business project through my university. The main objective of this project was to identify the optimal hub locations and vehicle routes nationwide, with a focus on the postal industry. To achieve this, I developed a mathematical model and solved it using two metaheuristic algorithms: PSO and GA. It’s interesting to mention in this project we use Integrated Metaheuristic Algorithms for the first time and find more optimal solutions. Also, the K-Means clustering algorithm was used for finding the hub locations.

I worked as a research assistant on many projects for my supervisor, starting in the second year of my master's program. These projects were used for industrial and organizational purposes in order to get the project from the appropriate organizations. Optimisation techniques and data analysis were used for all projects. These projects focused on two industries, rail and maritime transportation. In this position, I researched some topics like "Metaheuristic algorithms’ application in transportation engineering", "Empty Container Repositioning in freight transportation", "Disruption management in seaside operation planning (M.S. Thesis)", "Network Design Problem" and "Solving Location Routing Problem using by mathematical approach".

As a data analyst expert, I examine the performance indicators of the bus fleet. Due to a large number of calculations, two programming languages (MATLAB and Python) and Excel were used for the project. I analyze a lot of data for this project to determine bus headway, bus delay, and other Key Performance Indicators. According to the calculations we made, the bus service schedule is reviewed. There are many other projects in this job like Travel-Demand forecasting which I contributed.
