Together we reached the following achievements:Designed and integrated a new workflow to enable OPTT's smart digital care plans inside Curatio's private social networks for healthcare. The new workflow passively monitors patients' mental health needs and connects them at the right time to the mental health team right inside the app to receive appropriate Care.Introduced a new product for the collaborative care market in partnership with the leading US collaborative care technology provider. The new product uses OPTT's proprietary AI triage and patient progress monitoring tool to optimize the collaborative care teams' workflow and increase their care capacity and quality.Rolled out the new platform with the assistance of the development team on AWS infrastructure and introduced OPTT's standard API library to minimize the OPTT's integration with other third-party services while keeping the medical records of OPTT's client secure and private.Established and led a new internal creative team to develop new customized artworks for OPTT's smart care plans to meet OPTT's customers' brand identity.Developed OPTT's customized SaaS solution for enterprise healthcare providers, including telemedicine companies and EAPs. The new OPTT's powered customized digital-first mental health solutions have increased OPTT's customers' care capacity and expanded their product lines and market share.

I lead OPTT Health's product team and work closely with customers and the research team to define and develop products that make the everyday job of mental health teams easier and more intelligent. Some of my projects include: Pioneered the OPTT Health and Mayo Clinic Platform partnership, piloting the first mental health LLM project using Llama 3.1. Leveraged Mayo's EMR records to extract longitudinal patient data, enhancing OPTT Health's diagnostic and prognostic capabilities.Initiated product discovery for a new AI-powered co-pilot feature by conducting 50 in-depth interviews with therapists and psychiatrists, identifying key workflow pain points and opportunities for AI integration. Leveraged these insights to define and lead the development of an innovative product that utilizes OPTT's proprietary LLM model and AI engine to generate comprehensive patient summaries and care guidelines, streamlining insurance processes and enabling rapid, personalized patient responses within 24 hours.Led OPTT's collaboration with MaineHealth and Northern Light Health, developing AI-powered mental health screening and triage workflows. Increased early access to mental health support for community members.Spearheaded the development of the project with the Ontario government to use a new version of OPTT's AI-powered triage to reach the patients on the psychiatric referral waitlist, find the patients eligible patients who can benefit from digital therapy, and remove them from the waitlist, and then find and prioritize the people with a severe psychiatric problem. This prompt digital triage process efficiently reduced the wait time by 60%. Subsequently, we identified and prioritized individuals with severe psychiatric issues.Introduced OPTT's One-Click triage, which allows the care teams in charge of population health management to evaluate their population's mental health needs by sharing a link that asks members to share stories and concerns in their own words.

As one of 14 startups selected by Google for Startups Canada, we have collaborated with advisors and mentors to enhance OPTT Health's next-generation triage and progress tracking algorithms. These advanced algorithms now utilize patients' medical records and history, in addition to narrative analysis, to provide more precise and nuanced care path suggestions.Furthermore, we've been working closely with Google Health and Google Public Sector to explore business opportunities within healthcare systems and public health. Our goal is to leverage Google's capabilities and platforms alongside OPTT Health's diagnostic tools to proactively manage patients' and populations' behavioral health.

As part of As a co-founder of OPTT Health, one of the eight startups selected for pre-seed investment by The Morgan Stanley Inclusive Ventures Lab (MSIVL), I had the incredible opportunity to complete a six-month curated mentorship program. This program focused on expanding OPTT Health into the US market and equipped me with invaluable training in team building, fundraising, and developing products with clear OKRs to propel our growth.

As a Software Product Manager at SiTune, I spearheaded numerous initiatives that enhanced efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration across various functions. My focus was on shortening testing times for new chips, streamlining customer software integration, and reducing redundancy in our software development process. These efforts enabled us to deliver new features faster with limited resources, as is typical for an early-stage hardware startup.Teamed up with the hardware team to design and implement a new Silicon Testing GUIs for their testings and silicon validation.The SiDesigner and SiDesigner Pro have improved the testing time and accuracy by %70 in the last two years.Led the cross-functional team to integrate SiTune's TSR Cable driver in our partner SDK. The new SDK is compatible with both DOCSIS 3.0 and DOCSIS 3.1 standards.Established a Scrum team from SiTune's software team and its partner to develop a new structure for SiTune's tuner drivers. The new structure reduced integration time to less than six months compared to 12 months before.Rolled out Professional Service Automation software to manage and organize SiTune's resources, and measure the quality management KPIs.Established a new quality control system. The new system reduced the operation cost %20 and received ISO 9001:2015 certificate.Implemented a new bug tracking system to trace both hardware and software issues of prototype boards in one place. The new system reduced support ticket response time by %30 and improved the application team design process.

Evaluated 2014 local and statewide elections in California and ranked them by their competitiveness to guide the firm's strategy.Developed an analytical model to estimate political and financial strengths of the candidates for statewide elections.

Graded and evaluated students' assignments in technology and innovation courses.

Organized and managed the grassroots activities including canvassing, phone banking, and registering voters.Managed team of 30 out of states volunteers to implement the campaign's get out the vote efforts. Increased the canvassing performance by %18 by optimizing the canvassing routes and teaming them with trained local volunteers to coach them.
