My position with ACI Coatings cannot be summarized but one job title. I manage and oversee all accountants and office staff in addition to completing and auditing all high level accounting tasks myself. I report directly to the company’s CPA firm on a monthly basis with a list of completed reconciliations and audit reports. I supervise and have reconcile the company checking, savings and credit card accounts.I am the sole member of the companies Human Resources department and oversee and advise on all company benefits. I negotiate annual health benefit plans with our insurance broker, I manage the company’s 401K plan, and manage several employee perk and bonus programs. I also handle all L&I claims, unemployment insurance policies and claims, and annual reporting for the business and contractor licenses.I have developed, side by side with the CEO, the company’s business development and acquisition program. I have orchestrated 3 business buyouts and integrated 3 purchased company’s into ACI Coatings’ policies and procedures for day to day operations. This includes high level data and costing analysis and hands on training of 5-12 new employees per acquisition.I also am responsible for all general office management tasks and training and SOP development for all other office staff.
