My position with ACI Coatings cannot be summarized but one job title. I manage and oversee all accountants and office staff in addition to completing and auditing all high level accounting tasks myself. I report directly to the company’s CPA firm on a monthly basis with a list of completed reconciliations and audit reports. I supervise and have reconcile the company checking, savings and credit card accounts.I am the sole member of the companies Human Resources department and oversee and advise on all company benefits. I negotiate annual health benefit plans with our insurance broker, I manage the company’s 401K plan, and manage several employee perk and bonus programs. I also handle all L&I claims, unemployment insurance policies and claims, and annual reporting for the business and contractor licenses.I have developed, side by side with the CEO, the company’s business development and acquisition program. I have orchestrated 3 business buyouts and integrated 3 purchased company’s into ACI Coatings’ policies and procedures for day to day operations. This includes high level data and costing analysis and hands on training of 5-12 new employees per acquisition.I also am responsible for all general office management tasks and training and SOP development for all other office staff.

My position as the Director of Marketing with Wenspok Companies, a Wendy’s franchisee group, was constantly in motion and evolving alongside our local community's needs.At its core, my role with the company made me responsible for all local media placement, local partnerships and marketing sponsorships, press releases, graphic design, print and digital content development, and all customer and employee facing branding within the local franchisee scope.A large portion of my day would be spent facilitating philanthropic donations of both monetary and time spent value. These donations would be given to local non-profits and schools. Additionally, I helped procure funds for the Wendy’s Wonderful Kids organization via The Dave Thomas Foundation.As the organization purchased, built, and remodeled new restaurants, it was my purpose to engage these new communities and neighborhoods with local marketing, community partner sponsorships, and launch events that often brought in hundreds of new customers in throughout the Grand Opening day and for weeks thereafter. In conjunction with the marketing aspect, I also served as Project Manager for two restaurant remodels in Pendleton, OR and Greenacres, WA.Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, my department budget was cut due to the inability to execute local marketing given the national climate and quarantine restrictions.

TriStrata Group manufactures and maintains various types of ozone generation machines. I am solely responsible for ensuring stock levels are kept for all new build and repair parts. I quickly became an advanced user of the company’s ERP software, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and ensured that our digital inventory is always accurate. I work with an annual budget of approximately $10 million dollars. In addition to purchasing and routing various types of payment methods to our vendors, I also manage shipping logistics between vendors and customers, both freight LTL, FTL and small pack. This position has allowed me to hone my problem-solving skills and to grow across all communication platforms.I resigned this position to relocate back to my home town.

I joined the Mora Iced Creamery team at the most exciting time. Mora Development, LLC had finalized the franchising program and was bringing on a Franchise Coordinator to take on development services for the Mora brand.One of the first projects I took on when I started at Mora was content development for the finalization and maintenance of the Franchise Owners and Operations Manuals. I took over project management of the transition of the three corporate ice cream shops to franchise shops and took ownership of the procurement program for the franchisees (present and future) to use to keep their shops stocked with all necessary restaurant equipment, edible items, and dry goods. My role at Mora involved daily client and vendor relations and negotiations for corporate contracts, equipment purchasing and replacement, delivery logistics, and marketing. I gathered technology and industry and market-related research to conduct internal presentations to the management team on topics like Point of Sale systems, inventory management software, new equipment, and service suppliers, marketing partnerships and logistics for out of state product delivery. I was receiving Franchise shop's orders for all proprietary items and maintained the corporate branded goods inventory. I also prepared cost of goods sold (COGS) breakdown reports, profit margin analysis and labor cost and cost projection reports for review by the Director of Development and CEO.I resigned my position with Mora Development, LLC to join a larger company with more opportunity for growth.

As the assistant to the National Sales Manager for KXLY, I worked directly with clients as well as with an extensive network of sales people at CoxReps and Telerep rep firms to execute marketing plans for clients and various advertisers. I developed a customized excel report that combined daily and annual pacing information for all affiliated stations and I delivered this report daily directly to the CEO. On a daily basis, I managed our clients marketing budgets, commercial preemptions, post logs and negotiated added value advertising opportunities. I resigned this position due to a necessary relocation for my spouse's fire fighting career.

During my time at KellyBrady my daily responsibilities included ample data entry, lead data analysis and the reporting on the status of lead conversion for my clients various locations to my internal team and supervisor. I also managed partner relations and negotiations with 250+ traditional media vendors in 30+ markets across the US. I managed a monthly budget approximately $500,000-$650,000. I participated in call center collaborative problem solving and script writing. I oversaw and implement the development and application of new advertisement material and media. I was laid off from KellyBrady along with 18 other employees in November 2015.

I often had a hand in helping other departments strategize for new projects such as brand management and marketing for the first time within the company, as well as project management for various community events and lead nurturing of prospective clients and merchants.
