General management of the program with key responsibility for the innovation initiatives (Entrepreneurship and Industry Affiliates), the Communication and Events activities (kickstart the program identity revision for the third phase) and Knowledge and Information systems.The Carnegie Mellon Portugal Program is a platform for education, research and innovation that brings together Portuguese universities, research institutions and companies, in cooperation with Carnegie Mellon University (CMU). The partnership was launched in 2006, and was renewed for another five years in 2012 until 2017. Its mission is to place Portugal at the forefront of innovation in key focused areas of Information and Communication Technologies, by promoting cutting-edge research, world-class graduate education and a close collaboration with the Portuguese industry.

General management and coordination of the program activities in Portugal and USA. Lead the scouting, selection, training and coaching of very early stage entrepreneurial teams in the ICT field.The Entrepreneurship in Residence Program (inRes) is a business acceleration program for entrepreneurial teams in the area of ICT. It is organized by the Carnegie Mellon Portugal Program, funded by the Foundation for Science and Technology and supported by the Council of Rectors of Portuguese Universities, the Pittsburgh Regional Alliance, INESC TEC, SRS Advogados and Hovione Capital.

The COHiTEC Program is the oldest technology commercialization program continuously running in Portugal (since 2004). Created by COTEC Portugal it was developed in partnership with the HiTEC Center of the North Carolina State University.

Technology Commercialization Accelerator (ACT) is a COTEC Portugal initiative that supports the creation of technology based startups and the licensing of technologies.Created in 2010, ACT aims to value the tech-based knowledge generated in Portugal, and support entrepreneurs, R&D Institutions and companies to take their innovative technologies to global markets.

Critical Material's PRODDIA™ is an innovative Structural Health Monitoring and management system with applications across several High Demanding Markets.

The IC – Instituto da Construção is a nonprofit scientific and technical association, established in 1989. It functions as the interface between the Civil Engineering Department of Porto University School of Engineering and the industry partners with its staff of highly qualified professionals (teachers and researchers) directly contributing to the improvement of the construction sector.
