Creditloans Canada Capital Inc. was formed to fund an aggressive loan growth plan for Progressa's (Formerly - Creditloans Canada Financing) consumer loan on-balance sheet portfolio. The company is offering secured fixed income bonds (which pay up to 12%) to eligible investors by way of an Offering. The Offering is eligible to retail investors in most provinces, including Ontario as of Q2-2016 (and excluding Quebec).

My Recent project experience includes:• Refinancing and/or sale of mining assets and operations of a public companies in the junior mining space;• Preserved, managed, marketed and successfully sold the core going-concern assets and operations of Streetlight Intelligence Inc.(SI); SI was formerly listed on TSX and developed internationally leading adaptive streetlight dimming technology which was successfully deployed in Canada and the US;• Assisted the owners of a real estate rental and development company to refinance and restructure their assets and operations to settle their debts with its creditors, terminate the role of a receiver-manager from another firm and recover a solvent, profitable operation and large tax loss;• Managed the repair, environmental testing and remediation and the marketing and sale of a hotel during a receivership to maximize the net recovery for the secured creditors; a significant premium was obtained through our approach to upgrading the distressed hotel property and managing a competitive sale process;• Managed a successful proposal to creditors for an insolvent public company with a wholly owned subsidiary with a processing business connected with the oil and gas industry; the proposal involved options for creditors to accept cash or shares for settlement of their claims and alternative options for TSX approvals;

• Experience with wide range of equipment, loan portfolio, and company valuations, including mobile machinery used in the forest industry, marine vessels and mining operations based on future mineral reserves;• Reviewing and auditing controls of all aspects of his clients’ operations, including exploration, processing, financing, cash controls, sales, and administration, where applicable;• Served as project manager on a number of bought-deal financing and convertible bond offerings; providing comfort to underwriters and conducting due-diligence meetings with underwriters and legal counsel; • Client portfolio consisted of assurance engagements in the following sectors: o Forestry, Mining, & Energy/Utilities – Thompson Creek Mining, Red Back Mining, B2Gold Corporation, Roca Mines, Howe Sound Pulp and Paper o Financial Services – Forest & Marine Financial Group, JP Morgan Asset Management (Canada) Inc., Phillips, Hager & North o Restaurant Services – A&W Revenue Royalties Income Fund• Significant time at various open-pit and underground mines in BC and the United States and a full range of mining operations involving junior exploration, development and large scale production and involving most North American commodities, including gold, silver, copper, coal, tungsten, and molybdenum.
