Work Description:- Analyze, monitor server resources utilization to ensure optimum server/storage performance by alleviating the bottlenecks by CMON.- Perform vulnerability remediation and security hardening functions on servers.- Install, configure, manage, and maintain VMware vSphere 6.5+ environments.- Perform patch management using Windows Server Update Services (WSUS)- Create and deploy software packages/updates using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).- Manage and administrate Arab Bank Antivirus “Symantec Endpoint manager’.- Monitor, Manage and administrate the SCOM for Arab bank on production and DR servers and tomaintain the Hyper-V Clusters 24/7 up and running healthy.- Administrate and manage the “Netwrix Auditor” server to monitor the activity of the IT administrators across Egypt region.- Configure, implement and administrate Domain Controllers, File, Print, DNS, and Active Directory.- Develop and maintain backup and recovery procedures, archive schedules; manage daily backups- Maintain disaster recovery configurations for Arab bank infrastructure, perform periodic disaster recovery test and maintain disaster recovery documentation and procedures in support of Arab Bank infrastructure and storage architecture.- Setup and monitor system alerts to provide 24x7 support and high availability using CMON.- Liaise with vendors to troubleshoot technical issues.- Respond to Service Desk tickets for technical support ensuring timely follow up and resolution- Maintain inventory of Windows Servers hardware and software assetsAchievements:Implementing a knowledge transfer plan to Keep critical know-how within the organization and transfer what is need to be known to the IT staff.

Description:- Setup the yearly IT targets, and working accordingly to fulfill them.- Plan the yearly IT budget with the management team and work according to ensure cost effectiveness - Participate in annual and quarterly IT meetings for international IT inside RKW Group to discuss centralized services or system issues- Responsible for the coordination of new IT projects in RKW Egypt.- Design, develop, implement and coordinate IT policies and communicate them to RKW Egypt employees to ensure following RKW Group rules and standards.- Serve as liaison between local employees and Corporate IT regarding BDE (Production Data Collection System) and SAP issues, in addition participate in creating and maintaining SAP master data.- Monitor and maintain RKW Egypt’s IT networks, backup systems, servers and security systems and appointing any updates or renewals needed to ensure business continuity.- Provide improvement to IT solutions with the support of partners.- Solve hardware and software IT problems on production machines in close cooperation with machine suppliers to avoid stoppage of any machine.- Manage CMMS software- Maintain and update IT documentation of procedures and configurations.- Define and setup SharePoint applications to improve the workflow based on business needs.- Assist in setting up the Quality department software and support them with in regarding IT issues.- Support setup of the CCTV and Access Control systems.- Support all users when needed and carry out routine configuration and installation of IT.- Define IT devices specification for which function and ensure cost effectiveness.Achievements: Started onsite IT Department - Improve and upgrade IT infrastructure – Participating in SAP and BDE systems improvement that provide optimized use and reliable reporting tools.
