Work Description:- Analyze, monitor server resources utilization to ensure optimum server/storage performance by alleviating the bottlenecks by CMON.- Perform vulnerability remediation and security hardening functions on servers.- Install, configure, manage, and maintain VMware vSphere 6.5+ environments.- Perform patch management using Windows Server Update Services (WSUS)- Create and deploy software packages/updates using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).- Manage and administrate Arab Bank Antivirus “Symantec Endpoint manager’.- Monitor, Manage and administrate the SCOM for Arab bank on production and DR servers and tomaintain the Hyper-V Clusters 24/7 up and running healthy.- Administrate and manage the “Netwrix Auditor” server to monitor the activity of the IT administrators across Egypt region.- Configure, implement and administrate Domain Controllers, File, Print, DNS, and Active Directory.- Develop and maintain backup and recovery procedures, archive schedules; manage daily backups- Maintain disaster recovery configurations for Arab bank infrastructure, perform periodic disaster recovery test and maintain disaster recovery documentation and procedures in support of Arab Bank infrastructure and storage architecture.- Setup and monitor system alerts to provide 24x7 support and high availability using CMON.- Liaise with vendors to troubleshoot technical issues.- Respond to Service Desk tickets for technical support ensuring timely follow up and resolution- Maintain inventory of Windows Servers hardware and software assetsAchievements:Implementing a knowledge transfer plan to Keep critical know-how within the organization and transfer what is need to be known to the IT staff.
