The story of mine with AI, as a game-changing technology which the humans’ life has been revolutionized by, started at Shomara Co. (a knowledged based company founded by Sharif University’s Data science professors) where I worked on the development of an AI-powered system to detect AF (Atrial fibrillation) in the early stages. I had personally worked on the ECG signal segmentation and pattern recognition to find the early symptoms of AF. I continued exploring the AI applications in the health care industry by contributing to the development of a computer vision software to detect cancerous tissues, using U-net neural networks.After experiencing the applications of AI in health care, I followed my adventure in AI, by examining the usages of Data Science in the scope of business, more specifically known as BI (Business Intelligence). One of my challenging experiences in this field is Analyzing Qumarz, a puzzle game with in-app payment, which had a noticeable number of users but low revenue. I was a member of a team was supposed to analyzing the engagement and loyalty of the users, and detecting the changes affected the payments and recognizing the fundamental questions and providing the corresponding answers, such as “do we have a normal payment as we are at the beginning of the application or we have critical problems?”Data-driven analysis is capable of maximizing the profit which businesses are making. and underlying knowledge can be revealed using its tools. these advantages of Data were the main motivation for me to dig more into business management which led me to play the role of a project manager. As a project manager, I learned to keep the project on the plan by deciding between the backlog items and prioritizing them and have an effective relationship with team members to make a cool and friendly atmosphere.
