I was the manager of a team that were responsible for marketing theSwedish Armed Forces in the Gothenburg region. My responsibilities includedbudgeting, strategic planning, project management, development of routines andhandling miscellaneous personnel related tasks.

During my time as Senior project manager I worked mainly with changemanagement being an operational resource to all of the Armed Forces regimentsto support in various projects. I frequently traveled to all the different regimentsaround Sweden holding workshops and lectures about communication and eventplanning.

As Head of Event I worked with project management, coordinating 17 of thetotal 21 national events. The position involved both tactical and operationalwork. I was involved in all parts of the projects, from idea to finished product,which involved budget, negotiation, event coordination, on-site managementand evaluation of outcomes. I was also a member of the group that developedthe new national event concept for the whole Swedish Armed Forces.

My assignment as a Recruitment Coordinator was to develop, train and carry outassignments in recruiting and marketing. During one of my last major projects, Iwas assistant event manager for the Swedish Armed Forces participation duringthe international race Volvo Ocean Race 2015 and the Tall Ship Regatta 2016(Armed Forces Days).

I developed a routine for the Gothenburg region thatwould facilitate an increased knowledge about the Swedish Armed Forces to highschool students in the region. In my role I was later responsible for trainingArbetsförmedlingens (Employment Services) staff in Gothenburg andsurrounding counties.
