Planning, implementation and management of projects transmitted from Nike Head Office to local offices in 6 regions in Turkey, which is in the EMEA region; Supporting more than 200 users working in all local offices and all factory stores in Turkey, Managing store opening and closing processes, Server, Network, Hardware, Cloud, Online Meeting Systems (webex, Cisco, Bluejeans, Solstice, Zoom), Office 365 and Database applications, installation and management of projects sent from EHQ, receiving offers for necessary equipment sent with BOM, purchasing, tracking and management of completion of installations by suppliers or local team, Participating in business follow-up meetings using Jira, Daily Stand-up, Mid Sprint and Sprint Planning stages, Budget planning (Capex, Opex), ERP (Nebim v3), ticket tracking using ITIL principles on Servicenow, Code42 backup system management, training of newly introduced applications to end users (box, slack, zoom) etc), onboarding new users. Enteprise Mobility Management (Mobile Iron, Emm, Airwatch, Hub), Avaya Santral, Okta two factor auth., Zscaler, Teams and Slack.

Installation, application, moderation on Server, Network and Hardware Data Base. Providing support for up to 400 users in 20 branch offices. Daily backup, preparing reports on system failures, fixing problems, providing new equipment. Participating in projects and and supporting the team for preperation, installation, planning, following the process, managing the project and concluding.

Entering all official documents into the system which are shared with Republic of Turkey Ministry of Environment and Urbanisation. Filing all documents and following procedure.
