Founder of an international research team to develop behavioral technology which identifies individual and group deviations which impact group performance. Developed using quantitative psychology, chaotic systems tools, breakthrough machine learning techniques and intelligent augmentation, the system is utilized for selecting, monitoring and addressing psychological performance in space and other extreme work conditions.

Responsible for development of executive strategy for delivery and management of global programs that promote the organization’s mission to the public, scientific and corporate communities. Manages partnerships and outreach for the 100 Year Starship Project (100YSS) which resulted in interdisciplinary working agreements for research, policy outreach, and conferences.
