1. Supervise softwares of the company to ensure implementation of company standards. 2. Prepares annual development plans and obtains approval of Director of production. 3. Coordinates with CEO to: a. Software monitoring production vs. sales to review production schedule accordingly. Ensure enough replenishments of finished goods supply. b. Suggest effective modification on production plan for timely production of special orders or promotional items. 4. Establishes control standards of company networks. Ensures strictly adherence to those standards. 5. Supervise the trend for acquiring ISO standards. Makes sure all necessities are met in coordination with CEO. 6. Trains Sales staff on CRM and another relative programs. Evaluate performance of staff, recommends promotion, additional training or termination. 7. Prepares corporation WEB safety procedures and makes sure that these procedures are enforced.

1. Prepare of short and long term plans to determine the developments of corporation softwares objectives 2. Participate in putting the company strategies in short and long term. 3. Manage and monitor the software operation of the plant and finish goods warehouse to ensure continuity of production and maintain organized receiving and dispatch of finish product. 4. Manage maintenance department and apply the maintenance software program on all machines and equipment to minimize problems and shutdown scheduling to ensure timely and appropriate solutions are adopted avoiding major breakdown. 5. Manage the implementation of production scheduling and recording system in software programs that will ensure accurate recording of production figures and stoppage analysis to make timely and precise reports for company management and future planning. 6. Establish safe working procedures in the WEB for all areas of operation in coordination with the safety department and ensure its implementation to keep accident to the minimum and reduce downtime. 7. Leads special software projects of maintenance department for the enhancement or modifications on process, following through to their successful completion. 8. Ensures proper software training of plant personnel to upgrade their professional and maintain the equipped level of quality standards to achieve the operational equipments. 9. Participate in software trend of preparing, reviewing and evaluate the manufacturing cost to ensure the company cost are efficient.
