Manager of FIFA Mobile Analytics team, responsible for providing data driven insights to the game team and executives to support evidence based decision making, feature performance assessment, and live content tuning, in a timely frequent cycles tailored to the fast pace of mobile gaming industry. My team also provides variety of self-service dashboards and reports to the game designers and creative producers for timely access to the game health metrics and the game status.

Manager of a team of data scientists and analysts, responsible for procuring, scoping, developing and delivering analytics based MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) to clients throughout Boeing Company. Also defined and executed projects that involved prognostics, machine learning, big data transformation and handling, operations research, schedule modeling, service oriented architecture, solution design and valuation, UI/UX, stakeholder management, resource allocation and management. In addition, participated in strategic planning and organization design for day to day operation of the Boeing Vancouver Labs team.

Manage the Information Delivery Team (total staff 14). The team is composed by a group of highly technical business analysts and subject matter experts in responding to ad-hoc requests from clients throughout the organization, developing infrastructure to extract, store, retrieve and manipulate data from Meditech/Med2020 and other health care data sources. Led integration of 3 former analysts groups into Information Delivery Team, designed and established central intake and resource allocation process to streamline internal activities and responsiveness to the needs of department leadership and organization reporting requirements.

• Analyze clinical processes and design the future state process flow for over 6 outpatient clinics to function in an integrated and patient-centric environment.• Developed new clinical process flow and directed its implementation for seven clinics; managed walkthroughs for clinicians and clinical clerks, teaching and providing guidance through all aspects of the new system.• Direct clinical design teams and lead the envisioning of several cases under strict deadlines and multiple shifts in management structure; effectively adapted analysis and design of work to adjust to changes.• Develop innovative adaptation of Rauland Responder 5 process design for use in outpatient platform.• Administer support to clinical managers for resource allocation/scheduling, process analysis/requirement gathering, tool design and various other operations.• Collaborate with all levels of organization, from front-line staff to program directors to meet and prioritize goals.
