Responsibilities:• Conducting site inspections and ITPs to verify that construction activities align with provided structural drawings, ensuring compliance with design intent and regulatory requirements.• Monitoring and ensuring adherence to work safety procedures and standards on-site.• Maintaining accurate daily records and site files. • Communicating and collaborating with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to address issues, resolve conflicts, and ensure project goals are met.• Communicating and collaborating with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to address issues, resolve conflicts, and ensure project goals are met.• Preparing and conducting inspections of piles, shotcrete, capping beams, and temporary and permanent ground anchors.• Preparing and Interpreting rock-level drawings to find the accurate pile depth.• Contributing to developing shoring/retaining wall drawings packages, providing detailed drawings of various shoring piles such as soldier, secant, contiguous and sheet piles.• Reflecting Council service assets including Sewer pipes, B.O.S. Section and Zone of Influence.• Managing and organizing files and documents properly for easy access and teamwork. • Carrying out structural site inspections and providing necessary instructions where required. • Liaising with architects and updating the drawings per engineer’s markups.
