Work Experience:1-Milford Residential Apartments, Auckland, $90M, 2019. Nine story building with steel frame and concrete wall structure. The columns are concrete filled steel hollow sections and reinforced in-situ concrete. Bracing is provided by stitched precast panel shear walls supported on bored piles founded in rock.2-North City Shopping Center, Seismic Strengthening, Porirua,Wellington, 2019. Supermarket area building of the North City Shopping Center is a 3-storey structure designed and constructed 1989. It is currently used as a car park building on Levels 1, 2 and parts of Level 3. Part of Level 3 is used for by Farmers department store which is covered by a lightweight steel roof. 3-Sunnybrae Residential Apartments, North shore ,Auckland, Area: 1750 m2, 2018-19. A new residential development at sunnybrae road in Auckland. the development comprises three story residential building with a single level basement.4-ALEXIS Commercial and Residential Complex, Queenstown, Area:5000 m2, 2018-19. The Alexis development consists of four levels with the mixed structural system. The podium has precast concrete shear wall with composite steel beams and top levels are timber structure.

Work Experience:1-The Pacifica, commercial high-rise, Auckland, Area:40000 m2,2017-18 The building is approximately 178m tall with 56 stories. It will be a mix of apartments, retail and hotel. I was responsible for the seismic design of in-situ concrete core walls which is tied to perimeter mega columns by outrigger concrete walls and coupling beams.2-Palm Grove, Residential Auckland, Area: 5000 m2,2017.A residential building with a basement and three suspended floors. The basement is to be constructed of precast concrete walls. The super structure comprises steel structure beams and columns supporting the precast floor units with an in-situ topping slab. The shear walls are distributed through the building in both directions to resist the lateral loads.3-Industrial warehouses, East Tamaki, Auckland, 2018. Responsible for the structural design two buildings A and B of 4000 m2 and 3000 m2 respectively. These were portal frame building with precast panels are used for this industrial building. large clear span of approximately 40 meters have been achieved.

Work Experience:1-Lian Residential Building, Bushehr, Iran Project value $27M, Area:49988 m2, 2013. Seismic design of a development comprising 14 blocks. Each block is 6-storey reinforced concrete moment frame building. I carried out structural modelling, designing and detailing of the structure based on the ACI seismic provisions.2-Pardis Residential Building, Iran Project value $7M, Area:13000 m2, 2012.Responsible for the design of the 5 blocks 6-storey steel frame and worked with architects and Geotechnical consultants for building configurations and foundations bearing capacity issues.3-University of Medical Sciences Official Building, Iran Project value $5.6M, Area:7800 m2, 2016. Designing of 11-storey special seismic resistant steel moment frame with 10 meters’ cantilever part. I also was responsible for seismic calculations and response spectrum analysis.4-Khorshid Commercial Building, Bushehr, Iran Project value $52M, Area:89000m2, 2011. Design and construction monitoring of an 8-storey commercial building with reinforced concrete moment frame and shear wall. I worked with architects closely to provide an efficient lateral resistant system.
