Students are expecting to prepare a complete e-Business Plan and a research paper under teamwork basis."Business Plan Development": The course describes the steps of business plan development process including business modeling, market analysis, competition analysis, operation planning, Financial Analysis, so on. "Customer Relationship Management": The course contains a brief review of CRM and its source of origin, CRM technologies and their structure, CRM for SMEs, Process Reengineering for CRM, CRM value chain and CRM implementation process. All of these topics are supported with extensive provision of case studies and industrial best practices.
