I am a passionate and experienced HR professional with over 10 years of working in large reputed organizations, such as Zarrin Roya and Hamrahe Aval (MCI), where I led and implemented various HR initiatives and projects, such as talent management, performance appraisal, training and development, and HR excellence awards. I have a proven track record of designing and executing HR strategy, organizational structure, and measuring intangible knowledge, such as human capital and structural capital, using innovative methods and models. I have also received the National Training & Human Resource Development Excellence Award for my work on modern talent development paradigm. In addition to my current role as the People & Culture Head at Saman Electronic Payment(SEP), I am also pursuing my Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior Management at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, where I conduct high-quality research and teach courses in the OB & HRM field. I am also an adjunct lecturer at University of Tehran and a faculty member at Farsi Coaching Academy, where I share my knowledge and skills with students and professionals. I hold several certifications and credentials, such as PHRi, PCC, GTML, and SPHRi, and I am proficient in various HR tools and software, such as SPSS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and management information systems. I am motivated by learning, creating, and contributing to the HR community and the society at large.
