Lead and supervise teams Including:* Monthly/weekly plannings * Ensuring proper documentation of projects - daily paperworks such as HDB Work Notice, PTW(Permit To Work), WAH(Work At Heights) checklists etc * Leading morning safety briefs and toolbox meetings* Checking daily attendance * Ensuring site is ready to start work * Coordination of installation schedules - management of staffing to ensure on time completion and meeting budget allocation* Developing a detailed project plan to track progress.* Work closely with local partners, suppliers and client representatives on project related matters* Participate in regular internal technical meetings to discuss project status* Getting involved in project executions.* Ensuring workplace safety is implemented at site at all times to the compliance of local regulations* Ensuring zero fatality or lost time injuries* Following proper best practices during setups and installations * Maintaining and monitoring infrastructure systems* Identifying faults to rectify* Ensuring QA/QC is done properly according to requirements

• Plan Solar PV system configurations based on customer needs and site conditions• Assemble PV modules mounting structures (MMS)• Install solar PV modules, panels and support structures in accordance tointended design and local codes• Connect solar PV panels to the electrical system• Test and commission solar PV systems• Monitor and check solar installation quality• Monitor execution of engineering construction activities following constructionsequence• Conduct site inspections and/or support checks and inspections to validateinstallation completions to meet project requirements.• Progressed & currentlytaking on 'Project Lead' role - Supervisor/Project Leaderin planning &execution on day-to-dayworks &monthly plannings.• Carrying out QA/QC duties
