Ostadkar is the largest and fastest growing online platform for ordering home and business services with more than 70 employers. Ostadkar's application - both the iOS and Android versions - which are available on Google Play and App Store - serves as a connection between consumers and service professionals for a whole host of services, ranging from beauty and hair doover to plumbing and building maintenance, to computer repair and network setup, to personal tutoring and coaching, to almost anything one can think of. As the head of business development of Ostadkar, I was responsible for defining, developing and managing new services for the company from A to Z(market research - competitor analysis - pricing - bench marking - designing the services wizard in app - services content - taging services - designing categories - data analysis and decision making by managerial dashboards). Since joining the company, I had expanded its service portfolio from 20 services to more than 240 services in 12 categories in less than a year. Known as go-to-the-person for services in the company, I was leading a team of 5 and also I was working shoulder to shoulder with teams of Marketing, Operations, Legal and IT divisions. I was also the head of the negotiation and cooperation team to conclude contracts with other companies and clients that led to sign contracts with more than 50 companies in different areas.At the end I was constructing new form of business development team that including of service development, categories management, service and provider support, plus services management, business development (planning new BMs and sale manners).

Attended a fast track 3-month training program in three divisions of Food Preparation and Kitchen, Treasury and Warehousing for joining the senior management team of Tirajeh Gostar Holding of companies. Right after successful compilation of the program, handpicked by the group CEO, I immediately joined Boof Chain of Restaurants as branch manager. During my tenure, I led a team of 12-15 staff including service, delivery, treasury, kitchen, production, and warehousing. It was indeed a very learning experience in terms of leadership, getting to know and making meaningful relationships with colleagues as friends and at the same time working in line with the organizational standard to meet deadlines and objectives.
