Breezi Speaking is a Public Speaking and Professional Skills development organisation focusing on a target audience ranging from high school students to young adults. The programmes are designed in order to maximise participation from the trainees especially from the aforementioned demography.As a co-founder of Breezi Speaking, a public speaking and soft skills training organisation, I was the lead trainer and also responsible for developing various training programmes. Over the past year, I have conducted over 500 hours of training in England, Malaysia and Laos with over 700 trainees from all age groups. As a trainer I have developed over 30 public speaking training seminars. These seminars can be conducted in either one to two days workshops or in a regular weekly programme which can temporally range between 4 to 16 weeks.

We produce and sell shampoo and body bath solutions, the ones that work WITHOUT Water! Everyday we waste water, the very precious substance that gives us life, we waste it away simply because it's running freely in our city pipelines. Meanwhile, there are more than 700 million people who do not have access to clean water and almost 2.5 billion humans who lack adequate sanitation. In our minds, water and hygiene are hardwired together but do they have to be?Clensta International was formed with the promise of bringing hygiene to those who need it and at the same time conserve water. With that goal in mind, we invented 2 products for hair and body hygiene, completely waterless. Clensta's waterless shampoo and body bath solutions can save the lives of up to 8 million people who now die because of water-related diseases.

Following my departure from FEISCO, I decided to take on a marketing management and coordinator position in Laos at a local educational institute, Logo Academy. In addition to my office role, I conduct a total of 40 hours of teaching and training on a weekly basis. Certainly an under-developed nation, the need for international and cross-cultural communication is evident in Laos which is my main motive to contribute to the development of the country through education. Currently I am responsible for all marketing aspects of the institution including management of social media and graphic design as well as coordination among 30 teachers. I had always wanted to be able to contribute to the people of under-developed nations and this has been the perfect opportunity for me to do that while exploring new cultures. As a teacher/trainer, I take general speaking classes due to my background in Public Speaking training and serve as the main trainer for the corporate training programmes with Electricite du Lao (EDL) and LaoViet Bank and ANZ Bank Laos. I have also developed the curriculum and started a new English Speaking Programme which was designed for individuals who are currently working or looking to secure a scholarship for further education. The programme received high satisfaction rates from the trainees and witnessed an 80% growth in registrations in each consecutive term.

As a part of this job, I was responsible for engaging with new and potential clients of the business, communicating with them and relaying the information to the technical team. I was also responsible for managing marketing campaigns for the business. During the 8 months in this role, I engaged with several other companies to bring new projects to FEISCO. Most notable of which was the Project of Life in Kuala Lumpur where I secured 3 contracts for the manufacture of steelwork to support stone coping for a Pedestrian bridge and a riverside walkway. In that project, I attended regular site meetings with the main client and other contractors. I was responsible for communication and liaising with other contractors for work order and technical interfaces. I was also involved in conducting and overseeing a project related to manufacturing and installation of metal signboards at every government school in the state of Selangor under a project by the Ministry of Education to display Rukun Negara, the national values. Additionally, I was extensively involved in FEISCO’s R&D department, ELM Lab, where I focused on constructing marketing strategies and business development of the new products and services. The ART100 is the flagship product of ELM Lab. ART100 is an attendance capturing device intended to be used alongside its mobile app, ART, to record and manage student attendance records electronically and autonomously.

During my summer internship at FEISCO, I worked closely with the managing director in research and development and well as marketing. Over the internship period, I designed a new website for the company, engaged in business development and networking and attended design meetings with clients. In addition, I managed a project to custom make a batch of timing devices for the local district of toastmasters international from the design stage to marketing, manufacturing and delivery. This product was well-received among the Toastmasters Clubs. As a part of my engineering training, I performed several CAD/design tasks to assist the on-going projects such as the Green Wall from a landscape architecture firm and dual side signboards for a project under the Ministry of Education. Other than learning conventional manufacturing methods, I designed several items for 3D Printing and learned to use a 3D Printer for rapid prototyping. I also learned about the weigh-in-motion systems offered by FEISCO Security Equipment in Malaysia and South East Asia. As an engineer, I engaged in design and manufacturing of metal and wood for several industries and as a business developer, I engaged with networking to meet new clients.
