I have over 20 years experience in managing and directing as many as 10,000 employees in companies with revenues in excess of $1billion, having led these companies through the startup, financing, survival and growth phases.Having sold my first entrepreneurial endeavour to the NASDAQ listed Nortel Networks over 2 decades ago, I have operated in a number of industries including technology, energy, aviation, automotive and financial services, and advised multinational corporations via my R&R Consultants company including the Norwegian petroleum producer Statoil, the F1 division of French automotive company Renault, and the Spanish Steel giant Ross Casares.In 2012 I was approached by Malaysian entrepreneur Tony Fernandes to serve as the CEO for the MENA region for the pan-asian conglomerate Tune Group. In this role I founded Tune Middle East in Qatar in partnership with Mohammed Al Saad the vice chairman of Barwa Bank and Barwa Real EstateAmongst my significant positions during this time I has been responsible for all commercial aspects of Team Lotus and then the Caterham F1 team, and the launch of a Tune Group partnership with the Abu Dhabi based financial services firm ADS Securities.In 2015 I decided to take on the world of Beauty with Blowout&Go.
