• Collect raw material prices through floating all the RFQs in formal form to the suppliers in order to collectoffers.• Assist in Preparation of proposal technical and commercial offers.• Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high qualityproducts at competitive pricing.• Assist in Issue the Technical Submittals, Compliance sheets, Method statements for consultant’sapproval.• Review / assess technical specification, BOQ and drawings to determine suitable vendors and suppliers.• Break down the BOQ and creating target price to compare with the offers.• Prepare subcontractors and suppliers packages and Issue requests for quotations to qualified vendors asper project approved vendor list.• Prepare comparative analysis documents related to specs, price, delivery conditions and mode oftransportation.• Issue Technical submittal, Compliance sheets, Method statements for consultant’s approval.• Negotiate and contracting with the perfect fit supplier or vendor• Receiving purchase requests and creating purchase orders
