As General Manager for Sounds Familiar Ltd, Al and I run the business together offering a full service solution. My role includes:- Running and co-ordinating Client Corporate Booking Requests.- Overseeing branding and design.- Inputting with the creative creation of each quiz and accompanying materials.- Co-ordinating launches in new venues with press and branding packs, guides and assets.- Researching ways to engage our customers and clients in a rapidly changing industry.

• Primary contact for Management Team for internal/external enquiries and Presenter requests.• Dealing with high profile individuals, building trust and confidentiality in all relationships.• Co-ordination and support at Artist Sessions and Live Events including Awards Ceremonies.• Servicing show business stories to the media from celebrity interviews and events.• Crafting press releases, submitting to print and online press contacts.• Running Photographers Pit at events, press liaison and backstage communication support.• Helping to identify profile opportunities for presenters and talent with press placement.• Supporting Event Director with ticketing, guest lists, meetings and post event admin.

Victoria

• Managing complex viewing schedules, meetings and diaries for 7 Commissioning Editors.• Building strong relationships and liaising with TV Production Companies on a daily basis.• Proof-reading and copywriting on treatments for distribution for departmental meetings.• Arranging and attending weekly brainstorm sessions discussing ideas, treatments and tasters.

• Extensive diary management, managing and prioritising Directors’ inboxes.• Overseeing smooth running of the office, home to 130 editorial and production staff. • Assisting with the organisation of live events, Q Awards, MOJO Honours List, Kerrang! Awards, Empire Awards, guest-lists, chaperoning artists, dealing with competition winners.
