Runs a fully seated restaurants grill, solo making it easier when making 1-15 ticket orders in a small kitchen because it reduces jumping over others. Relies on myself to make everything right and not someone else. This job is very fun and laid back, also takes on running prep once or twice a week to help develop my sense of stock and inventory.

This was an internship experience in sales, was a personal liaison for customers accounts. Was invited to a national conference and was promoted to the next position in office to starting building an individual team. Learned the steps from the bottom of a business to having your own, employment was set up so everyone moved out of their old position. This work developed by sense of owning your own business and spreading it effectively to other locations.

Was trained in all areas of the restaurant including, Host, Carry-out, dish tank, and Team Lead. This is something I personally asked to achieve. I wanted to learn the business as a whole and how each role plays in running the business and being successful.

My responsibilities were to answer and direct phone calls, which mostly consisted of placing orders for customers, or answer any questions about their account, the website, their order, or a product. This job was a repetitive system that I easily picked up and had a high sense of urgency.

Was trained on all positions on the floor including, laundry attendant, Housekeeper, Breakfast cook, and maintenance. This was my first job and I enjoyed it very much, I notice shifts needed covered and I wanted hours but wasn't trained in those areas so I asked to be trained in them so I could get more hours. I enjoyed going in everyday and always worked the full day
