I am also adding value to the company because a company is nothing without the right talent. My career is a Corporate and Staffing 50/50 mix. You can't be a great recruiter without mastering the Staffing side. I am currently looking to stay on the Corporate side because it unlike Staffing has a element that I am equally passionate about. Building and fostering long term relationships with the hiring managers. I believe I pocess the the authentic skill to be able to connect with hiring managers on a genuine and professional level. My goal is to build and maintain relationships with key executives that result in mutal trust and respect.
