I led the trial running as part of the takeover of the Airport Rail Link (ARL). It was an early stage before the high-speed project connecting three airports and the city line. My key contributions included developing the Proof of Safety, ensuring the compliance with safety regulations, and collaborating with stakeholders, which was pivotal for regulatory approval.Additionally, I coordinated and executed trial runs, assessing operational readiness and safety, guaranteeing a smooth transition into full operation.

As the Training Supervisor for station operations and train crew staff, my responsibilities included overseeing both technical and soft skill training. I also supervised the Competent Management System and conducted internal verification of assessors to ensure high-quality training. In the absence of the Senior Training Supervisor, I acted as their deputy and led the team, planning the training program on a monthly and adhoc basis.To ensure that the training program was effective, I designed and developed it using a Risk-Based Training Needs Analysis. This allowed me to identify any gaps in knowledge or skills and tailor the training to meet the needs of each individual staff member. Overall, my role was critical in ensuring that the station operations and train crew staff were well-equipped to provide safe and efficient service to passengers.

I was responsible for on-site management of overall RLE Station Operations and supervised Station Masters for the Passenger Service Department on the Red Line Extension project. This included taking overall responsibility for required staffing levels and managing communication between the line manager, front-line staff, and Operation Control Centre.
