In season, my main focuses include: coordinating/working over 500 group sold Fan Experiences (FEPs) that are client-facing and range from 2-300 people depending on the experience/performance, facilitating meetings with the Entertainment Department to coordinate in-game group performances, collaborating with Partnerships, Marketing and other departments on various events and campaigns, communicating with clients Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and needed materials for FEPs, working closely with fans every game day, assisting in the coordination of group events, Open Houses and sales events throughout the season and assisting the TSS team with any need to increase overall revenue.

During my time with the Sacramento Kings, I have learned how to effectively work with the MDSC team that collaborates with various departments within the Kings organization. I have also worked to provide quality customer service to fans as we guide them through various fan experiences, sales event check-in and Season Ticket Member opportunities. When not working every home game, I have performed administration duties that include: Salesforce, office organization, game day prep and any other duty needed by my coordinators, supervisor or Ticket Sales and Service team.

Oroville, California

As the PR intern, I assisted with any office duties along with producing an article about the chamber published in Oroville Mercury-Register's "Our Town" booklet, producing a member letter to explain upcoming changes and collaborating with the Oroville Economic Alliance for its inaugural dinner in May 2016. I also was able to engage in community outreach while participating in business walks and answering calls that came in during visitor hours.

As the comedy and music coordinator, I wrote weekly announcements for events that would be published in the Chico State student announcements. I also hosted all events that fell under my category and made sure the performers were taken care of before and after their performance. During my time in this position I managed to work every week during the late Friday night shifts to connect with the ResLife students.

While working as the publicity coordinator, I managed the PTP Facebook and created and managed the new Twitter account. I also delegated advertisement duties to the other coordinators so the events would be available in an appropriate time frame. I worked weekly events like movie showings and live performances. Volunteering during the Welcome Week student move-in was one of my favorite experiences because I was able to ease the minds of parents and new students.
