Perhaps best known for winning Australia’s first-ever female Winter Olympic Gold Medal in Freestyle Aerial Skiing at the 2002 Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City, Alisa is a highly respected leader in business, sports administration & corporate governance.Living & working across Australia, Hong Kong & Singapore over the last 10 years, Alisa is an in-demand Keynote Speaker & Corporate Consultant, assisting both small & large organisations to achieve repeatable, sustainable success through a focus on resilience, wellbeing & improved human performance. A curious and divergent thinker who's passionate about people and possibilities, Alisa brings the clarity, purpose and practical follow through that helps others make the small shifts required to deliver positive impactful results. Alisa was previously - Chair: Australian Sports Foundation, Deputy Chair: Australian Sports Commission, Director: Collingwood Football Club, Royal Children’s Hospital Foundation and Deputy Chef de Mission for the Australian 2022 Olympic Winter Team. Alisa’s superpower lies in lifting individuals and teams to achieve collective goals and higher levels of excellence with integrity. She helps energise, open and align people to solve problems, think bigger and stretch with courage to achieve what’s often never been done before. Alisa co-founded the charity Finnan’s Gift & has raised over $3M for paediatric cardiac care in memory of her son, Finnan.
