CurrentProject Manager for contactless custom PVC, Composite or Teslin Identification Products along with customized Identification accessories (lanyards, reels, time expiring tags, RFID / non RFID wristbands) Process orders from order confirmation to delivery. Liaison between clients and vendors. Project tracker software daily updates for Sales Associates order progress information. Accounting - QuickBooks - Invoicing orders, Creating, receiving and billing for PO's. Credit Card: Processing Payments and entering payments. Reconcile online customer payments.Backup Responsibilities: Answering Incoming Calls, A/R Paper Check Data Entry & Deposits, Warehouse Quality check for outbound inventory and Administrative Tasks when needed.
