• Established onboarding process for core team members from scratch. • Introduced over 5 new communication formats (digest, gratitude marathon, sports associations, information mailings, etc.). Assembled an editorial team and as editor-in-chief I publish Kodland Digest monthly: a magazine about the company's projects and successes.• Migrated more than 2000 employees from personal messengers to Slack by designing a gradual transition process, creating personalized instructions, and solving technical problems.• Designed and later, together with IT specialists, automated the performance review process from scratch, tied all core team reviews to the staff evaluation process, and made it regular: ~120 participants and ~850 respondents annually.• Automation of HR processes: the creation of a single entry window with any requests to the HR team from registration to application for HR project.
