- Assists customers and partners in troubleshooting enterprise-level technical issues with their VertiGIS Studio and Geocortex software.
- Uses knowledge of Esri software and architecture, Windows servers, and other technology to work through problems.
- Works closely with the QA and Development teams to diagnose bugs in the software and offer workarounds to customers.- Works with the Pre-Sales team on the side to create Tech Tips videos.- Member of the DEI committee.
