Technical Support Analyst
Current• Assists customers and partners in troubleshooting enterprise-level technical issues with their VertiGIS Studio and Geocortex software.• Uses knowledge of Esri software and architecture, Windows servers, and other technology to work through problems.• Works closely with the QA and Development teams to diagnose bugs in the software and offer workarounds to customers.- Works with the Pre-Sales team on the side to create Tech Tips videos.- Member of the DEI committee.
