As Managing Director of the Corporate Functions recruiting team, this position oversees all aspects of employee recruiting including the planning and execution of sourcing and selection needs which meet the demand for talent. The position leads an experienced team of Talent Advisors who support our business partners on their talent strategies and managing full life-cycle recruiting needs. In this role we also drive the candidate and hiring manager experience throughout all steps within the recruiting cycle. I also lead our learn and grow (talent development training) program.
