Prior to joining the Community Action Agency, I worked as an independent consultant and spent nearly 10 years as Chief Talent Officer/CHRO, 3 years as Chief of Staff and many years in Director and VP-level HR Leadership roles. Throughout my career I have had the opportunity for hands-on impact and leadership - I have built HR strategy from the ground up, driven cultural transformation, led the development of leadership pipelines, overhauled operational platforms, redefined total rewards, and pushed the boundary around M&A integration.
