I am an enthusiastic Agile People Coach and the creator of Agile Learning. Passionate learning and development consultant with a solid background in training and coaching, learning design, and content curation. My journey has taken me from being an eager learner to leading others through their own development journeys. The core of my work is designing and delivering agile blended learning programs that best support professional's growth while embracing new technologies and trends. I use the agile principles and values because they put in the center the people’s needs and wants, it allows learners to take ownership and responsibility for their own development process, which leads to faster and sustainable learning outcomes. As a result of my work with organizations on both sides – internal and external consultant - I have developed extensive knowledge across multiple business areas which has shaped my approach to L&D consultancy on how best to deliver learning solutions that drive positive change for individuals and organizations.When not working, you can find me reading various resources on leadership, organizational change, and personal development, socializing and volunteering, planting seeds for a great future, or taking care of my family.
