Hello everyone! I'm Alisha Banerjee, the Managing Director at Benchmark Learning Private Limited, where I’ve been leading for over two years. My journey began as an academic counsellor, and through dedication, teaching, communication, versatility, collaboration, and consistent diligence, I’ve ascended to this leadership role. My responsibilities include managing our facilitator team and spearheading key projects.My career trajectory spans from teaching to management, complemented by an MBA from O.P. Jindal Global University. During this course, I deepened my knowledge in digital finance, banking, and comprehensive management. This educational background has further enriched my approach to leadership and business strategy.Outside of my professional life, I have a passion for graphic designing.
