From briefing to building love among fans once live, I managed the real-time content creation process on vitaminwater, keeping a pulse on culture and showing up in relevant conversations to our audience. I continued presenting to the U.S. Social Team members, leading two monthly meetings for awareness about the most recent happenings, sharing social listening tools for informed decisions, and collaborating with our Wendy’s Team to provide use cases for how brands use Discord, drawing on examples from vitaminwater.

Clients: General Mills (Betty Crocker, Old El Paso, and Pillsbury), Constellation Brands (SVEDKA), and Coca-Cola (vitaminwater)I managed the Meta, TikTok, Discord and X accounts: building connections with fans through 1:1 engagements, curating user-generated content for authenticity, posting content to maintain a social presence, mitigating risks with crisis management, reporting on organic performance to provide key learnings, and creating response matrices to maintain a consistent tone of voice. In addition, I presented to the U.S. Social Team about CrowdTangle, a Facebook insights tool, and how to grow a brand’s TikTok, using Betty Crocker’s TikTok success as an example. Through strongly relying upon regular community management on Betty Crocker’s TikTok, I: • Grew the number of followers by over 3,375% from the account's launch. • Increased profile views by nearly 960% from December 2021 - February 2022.

Also, I actively highlighted agile opportunities to insert our brands into cultural conversations. To maintain our social presence, I published content and calculated engagement metrics for post optimization.

I designed social media graphics and wrote captions for its Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter accounts to build awareness and recruit prospective students, increasing post performance by 80%.

Verge Illinois is a student-run website to help advertising students find their paths, grow their skills, and gain insight on the industry. I led nine team members as well as created social media graphics, flyers, foam boards, and promotional giveaways to increase awareness. During my presidency, I:• Increased website visits by 49%, unique visitors by 57% and page views by 28%. • Published 10+ advertising-related articles to immerse students in the industry.• Started a biweekly newsletter to keep students updated on the website with a 64.3% open rate on the first one. • Planned and moderated “Beyond the Ad Agency,” an in-person and virtual alumni panel to help students explore non-traditional career paths in advertising with 50+ attendees.

Clients: Abbey Farms, Skin Deep, Tiff’s Place, Balmoral Restaurant, and Doc’s HVACI designed e-blasts, social media graphics, logos, t-shirts, and signage for its clients in a variety of industries. To convey messages clearly, I proofread, wrote, and edited copy for marketing materials. Also, I devised insights on client reviews, competitors, and social media for advancement opportunities.

Cambridge Educational Services provides school-based test preparation and supplemental curriculum services around the country. To increase its awareness, I designed e-blasts, brochures, banners, business cards, and a 30th anniversary logo. I also created three mockups for LSAT and GRE book covers to demonstrate their concepts before printing occurred.

Zindaa UIUC is a non-competitive Bollywood and Hip-Hop dance team at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with the purpose of feeling alive through dance. In order to have a consistent visual style and messaging, I created a brand style guide and a new logo. Additionally, I designed flyers, social media graphics, a promotional video, and Facebook cover photos, increasing awareness. While running its social media accounts, I:• Grew the Instagram followers from 0 to 604. • Increased the Facebook page likes from 320 to 365.

Pay Your Selfie, Inc. used selfie photographs to capture behaviors and lifestyles visually as well as analytically. I published over 35 selfie surveys to gather data about app users, analyzed qualitative car organization data for trends to include in a car trend report, and created social media graphics based on data to make it easily comprehensible.
