The Toyota Case Management (TCM) Co-ordinator is responsible for complete case management of complex guest issues and serious complaints on behalf of Toyota. • On-the job support, feedback, coaching and mentoring of the GEC Co-ordinators and Team Leader identifying any process or training gaps and providing feedback to management for agreed team action. Develop coaching Programs• Partners and collaborates with the relevant stakeholder group (Regions, TSO, Marketing Department, other TMCA or at the Dealer Network level) to negotiate agreed customer solutions and outcomes that delivers superior guest experience and enhances the relationship between Toyota and the guest. • A major contributor to improved guest service levels through the provision of end-to-end case management and reviews, keeping the guest informed at all stages of the investigation and solution. Reporting of trends for Voice of the Customer.• Understand and analyse the “ root cause” gained through case management activities to understand VOC• Provide active feedback on and contribute to process improvement for TCM and / or GEC, where a process does not meet standard and fails to provide the guest with a high level of satisfaction (“smile”).Provide active feedback on gaps identified in systems (e.g. Salesforce).
