I am the AGM, so I run the crew and I keep the business running in smooth tip top shape. I attend to my team, so they can keep growing and one day become a manager them selves. I work 10+ hour shifts. Things I do I open the store, close the store, open and close cash drawers, do cash deposits, deal with customers and any other issues we have at the store, I do truck orders for the whole store every week. I deal with all accident reports, and/or order reports.
