Responsibility:• Supervision construction HARP, boiler ,HVAC,desalination plant of 980 MW SHIRKOH YAZD power plant •Supervision construction WIKET gate , spiral dam of SANG TODEH TAJIKESTAN at ISFAHAN shopWork Responsibilities -Coordination with the client to keep customer satisfaction.-Controlling and monitoring the daily progress for civil activities, elect. Installation works,testing and commissioning, HVAC, -Monitoring and controlling the MAPNA manpower and the subcontractors and ensuring that all activities are executed according to ABB quality Assurance and Control standards.-Ensuring the scope of work implementation according to the PTS.-Negotiation with the material suppliers and subcontractors.-Following the delivery of material and arranging the missing or required.-Holding the weekly and monthly meetings with the customer.-Preparing the 3 weeks schedule and overall schedule with my concerned teams.-Ensuring all health and safety precautions at site.-Risk and opportunities assessment and risk mitigation. -Following submittals and the official documents with the Client Consultants.-Following the financial monthly progress reports and control the project invoicing,cost and cash flow.-Coordination with Suppliers and third party for the equipment Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) after getting the Inspection Test Plan (ITP) approval from the customer.-Closing the project by handing over the spare parts and clearing all punch list after the energization • Inspection of mechanical equipment including RO pressure vessels, pumps, motors and like. Also associated piping and supports. Materials included Superduplex, polypropylene, HDPE, PVC, mild steel, stainless steel and Glass reinforcement piping

• Site engineer for construction of sour service pressure vessel according to NACE Mr0175 and pipe spool according to asme B31.3 , project cheshme khosh oil field IRAN• Quality control and document preparation• Conducting of all required X- Ray, UT and hydrostatic tests• Maintenance of safety plan i.e. induction of personnel, site safety audit reviews and preparation of hazans for site activities• Day to day monitoring of site progress and updating of schedules• Day to day liaison with client• Liaise with site supervisor and workshop for material deliveries
