I was charged with opening CG's first venue in Thailand (and largest to date with 1,000 seats!) @ G Tower on Rama 9, BANGKOK.• Sourcing and activating the procurement aspect of opening a venue.• Securing Partnerships for Common Ground Thailand.• Setting up of Venue Operations.• Marketing and raising awareness of the Common Ground brand in Thailand.• Recruiting and training the local team.

Common Ground is Malaysia's largest and fastest growing coworking space, solidifying it's status as the region's industry leader since it's inception in March 2017. As of September 2019, we have opened 14 venues in Malaysia, 4 in the Phillippines and 1 in Bangkok.• Community Manager of Common Ground Ampang, in partnership with PETRONAS.• Managed a team of two through the expansion process of opening CG's 7th venue. From Fit Out to finalising business applications, CAPEX/OPEX budgeting and purchases, marketing and selling of the space, setting up of operations etc. - we successfully opened the venue one week ahead of schedule, and it's been magic ever since.• Common Ground Ampang has come to the fore as one of the highest revenue generating venues in the company, and I managed a team of five (largest Community Team in CG) to run it's daily operations, community building through partnerships/events curation and everything in tandem with it.

• Lead a team of four to build the largest database of Angel Investors in the world, with close to 14,000 Angels listed with contact information. Created a passively managed business that provides income.• Managed marketing of the site, which includes SEO and PR, reaching thousands of visits to the site per day.• Designed and built a website from scratch on WordPress CMS.

Ox Group is a catalyst company that works on a project basis in the Production, Arts, Business industries. • Project Managed a team that produced the ASEAN Inclusive Business Video for the Organisation for Economic Development (OECD) and the World Islamic Economic Forum Foundation (WIEF).• Managed the itinerary of the entire project, from budget to production preparation and travelling to the Philippines, Indonesia and Singapore. • Responsible for Client Management, lead the conducting of interviews in each country and assisted the Director with on-site video production.

Sedania is a public listed, multi-award winning Malaysian technology provider, specialised in mobile services and innovative technology solutions.• Lead on successfully acquiring and developing the Umobile Dealership Training Portal, generating a quarter of a million ringgit in revenue.• Assigned as Business Manager for the company’s most valuable international client in Jakarta within my first month of employment, upselling other products and pitching contracts worth millions of ringgit in revenue.• Supported Director of Sales on local and international sales initiatives, by identifying potential leads and managing client relationships during the pitching process.• Product Specialist for Interstream’s Online Broadcasting Platform.• Entrusted as a Business Manager for the company’s most valuable partnership with Cloudera, the world’s leading Big Data Analytics company, as their exclusive partner in South East Asia.

Interstream (better known as iStream) is a Malaysian data company. It specializes in the development of proprietary technology, namely an OTT Live Broadcasting platform and a suite of analytics solutions.• Managed the first online broadcasting of the MIMMA 2015 Tournament, with the Grand Finals garnering over 500,000 unique views on mimma.tunetalk.com. • Supported the CEO in successfully procuring a contract worth nearly three quarters of a million ringgit in revenue, for the development of Cradle TV for Cradle Fund Sdn. Bhd. Proceeded to manage their events and assisted in producing the content for the platform.

Six Degrees is an ORACLE Gold Partner in Malaysia, offering cloud-based technology, CRM solutions and consulting services.• Assigned to the team managing the biggest social account taken on by ORACLE in Asia, within my second month of employment.• Product Specialist for the ORACLE Social Relationship Management Platform (SRM), used to analyze social analytics as well as manage and scale customer relationships on different social channels.• Supported the CEO with Business Development, by identifying potential leads and managing client relationships during the pitching process.

Stridec is a Singaporean-based agency, with a branch office in Malaysia. They specialize in advertising services and information technology solutions.• Assigned as lead liaison for their biggest account in Singapore within my first month of employment.• Responsible for Client Management, piloted the management of creatives, coordinated different teams to work efficiently within the given timeline, and overseeing quality control.
