Lab Manager For Process Development Operations
Current- Support US BioDev, non-GMP, inventory management efforts by creating & managing data logs for shared inventory, which are being utilized by a dozen different departments across two sites.- Support US BioDev PD Procurement process by creating & managing multiple order request intake forms, excel data logs, and tracking the progress of orders purchased. - Lead PD Ops procurement team and implement in-person and online inventory and procurement process controls to minimize overspending and eliminate waste across two sites.- Oversee lab operations for the Process Development Departments, including equipment installs, service requests, reviewing documentation workbooks for equipment, and maintaining shared inventory.- Plan and implement laboratory policies to ensure ease of functional tasks, as well as, lab safety and compliance with EHS and corporate procedures for within the labs. - Lead two teams of 7-10 interdepartmental coordinators to ensure sufficient support for lab trainings, the procurement process, and inventory management efforts.- Act as a liaison for US BioDev PD by maintaining interdepartmental communication between the US PD departments, as well as with other US-based departments outside of the PD groups.
