Hello, I'm Ali Shaoqee and i've been working in the coffee industry for almost 10 years now. It started when i first applied to work in a cafe as a kitchen helper but by the manager's decision, i started as floor crew and a junior barista. Ever since that moment, ive learnt about most things based on experiences of jumping from one cafe to another cafe and also, reading a lot of articles and books about coffee cultures around the world and especially here, in Malaysia. And i’ve just competed in the Malaysia Brewer’s Cup 2022 on 19th until 21st May and i got 5th place. The most recent experiences i have is I have worked at Bangkok for the last couple of months and am looking forward to work closely with you.
