In 2013, Alisha decided to take a year break from the real estate industry and worked at Bigcommerce an E-commerce start-up tech company on an Acquisition Sales Team. This year at a tech company gave Alisha insight into different real estate technology companies, and the understanding of how technology could impact the real estate world. After a year away from real estate, Alisha knew that the real estate industry was her passion, and it was her turn to build her own business. She started Rosse Real Estate Team and within 2 years the team was the #7 out of over 250 agents at the Northwest Market Center at Keller Williams Realty.In 2016, Alisha and Ryan (Alisha’s husband and high school sweetheart) decided to move back to their hometown to be closer to family after having their 2 sons in Austin.
