-12 week full time affiliation in an out of district school for students ages 3-21 on the Autism Spectrum (PDD-NOS), who have Multisystem Developmental Disorder (MSDD), Regulatory Disorder, ODD, OCD, ADHD, Down Syndrome, expressive language delay, or mild physical disabilities-Developed and implemented individualized intervention plans for a caseload of 16 students (ages 4-15) that addressed IEP goals to promote functional and educational performance in the school setting.

St. Barnabas Medical Center: Livingston, New Jersey

-12 week full time affiliation in an acute care hospital setting with time spent on the follow units: * cardio-thoracic, medical, and surgical telemetry; CT-ICU; ICU; stroke; orthopedic; respiratory; renal; oncology * burn and pediatric unit observations-Evaluated clients across the lifespan to identify major factors impeding function due to acute illness and injury, using standardized and non-standardized assessments. Created and implemented intervention plans based on evaluation results. -Developed and delivered a wellness presentation to seniors living independently in the community. Topics included summer safety tips, home safety and fall prevention, energy conservation and adaptive equipment

-Over the course of 12 weeks observed and provided individual therapy sessions, in an outpatient setting, for clients (9-79 years old) who experienced a spinal cord injury or stroke. Interventions targeted toward improving transfers, functional and community mobility, self care, strength, endurance, fine motor control and dexterity, upper extremity range of motion, and vision. -Collected occupational profiles and participated in administering evaluations. -Observed family training sessions, wheelchair maintenance and skills, and driving modifications.

-Over a 12 week period, planned and co-led a therapeutic group in a community-based, mental health partial-care program. Clients (18-80 years old) experienced a range of diagnoses including, but not limited to, major depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar disorders, ADHD, and substance abuse. -Therapeutic group provided members the opportunity to practice stress management, organization, assertiveness skills, while also exploring the benefits of health management, nutrition and gratitude on mental health. -Gathered detailed occupational profiles and administered various assessments. Completed detailed evaluations based on results.-Developed and executed a final project including providing a healthy meal and presentation to members on the effect nutrition has on mental health. Members in the therapeutic group were recruited and included to help with preparation and set up.

-Over the course of 12 weeks co-led group and individual therapy sessions with a pediatric population (14 months - 17 years old) at a community-based program. The children had a range of diagnoses, including but not limited to, cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorders, and/or developmental delays.-Therapeutic sessions utilized fun and engaging activities that targeted improving performance in dressing, feeding, self care, and communication. Additionally, strength, endurance, and gross and fine motor skills were addressed.
