I use my energy to build organic rapport with everyone I am in contact with.I pride myself on being approachable & empathetic no matter what the situation is, I think on my feet and thrive on pressure and new challenges.I have spent a lot of time developing my process for refining briefs & pitching ideas to various stakeholders within the business, I’m confident in what I believe in, this enables me to report to directors of the business with conviction, adapt workflows to empower my team of designers and operate with honesty and integrity.I love collaborating, I welcome every idea no matter what. I find that the best leaders always listen and most importantly lead by example. I take accountability for everything that comes through the studio, wins and losses. I have created various style guides, social media content calendars and I’ve styled a few houses for key visual creation.Mentoring is a source of great pride for me as well, I love nothing more then developing a team and seeing strengths increase over time, I love having “Designspo” breakfasts once a week; this is the art of eating bagels, drinking coffee and digesting anything we have found via scouring any medium the prior week.I find it helps the team and myself to stay motivated and gets the cogs turning design wise. As a personal achievement, I have maintained over 95% quality control for attention to detail & creative designs to adhere the requirements from my current and past employment.I have led various campaigns from an art direction perspective, working with differing levels of talent/animals/food/interior/fashion. Basically anything. I have been in front of the camera, and behind the camera and am passionate about developing a brand DNA.I love food, fashion, make-up, music, art, champagne and design.
