CLS and Respite Services

After working working with small businesses for 1yr and 6 months, COVID happened. The job became virtual and then eventually my position went away. I decided to take an early retirement when my job ended in December of 2020, just 2 months shy of 30 years with PNC. After 35 years of banking, I decided to make a career change.

I have been in many roles with PNC. I started in 1991 as a loan processor then when my department moved to PA, I became a customer service rep at the LaGrange Branch. From there I learned the teller job and then moved to Crestwood when we bought Future Federal to convert that office. I then moved to the Buckner branch once they closed the Crestwood office. Then moved up from there and eventually became the branch manager at Buckner. Then I went into business banking and was the BB for Oldham County. After about 2 years they decided to consolidate OC with the east end offices and consolidate 2 positions into 1. The other BB had been with the bank longer, so I went back into the branches as a customer service rep at LaGrange. Then worked my way back up to the branch manager at LaGrange. After another consolidation and sector managers being cut, some where placed at the larger offices. Since LaGrange was a larger office, I was made the banking center manager, which eventually became an assistant manager. I then moved back to Crestwood to help with the conversion of National City, and have been the assistant manager there since 2009. I really enjoy helping people achieve their financial goals, but working with small business clients and helping them achieve success in their businesses is my passion. My goal is to get back into that area of banking and finish out my career helping small business owners achieve their goals.In February 2019 I was able to achieve that goal, as I became a Merchant Services representative working with small businesses and their payment processing.
