In my capacity as Overseas Advisor for this new organisation, I will be directly involved with global mobilisation of artists. Both into India and also to ensure that the incredible talent within India reaches a wider audience.

Ambassador for this new charity launched at Buckingham Palace in 2016, headed by HRH Princess Anne, to support and encourage people who live in disadvantaged areas on low incomes and lacking opportunity to obtain education, clean water, sanitation, medical help, shelter and employment - global reach.Additional consultancy in progress on a global basis.Key Achievements to date:-Succeeded in engaging multiple high profile global stakeholders to collaborate for a mission in Beirut – British Embassy, British Council, Minister for Culture, Beirut Philharmonic Orchestra, Geothe Institute, Institut Francis UN, UNHCR, Save the Children and the Christian Aid.Handpicked to attend a programme in Bangkok as a panel member, leading a workshop and providing a presentation on ‘Context and Community’ as part of the Urban Arts Media Academy , to look at how Media Technology can address Social and environmental issues across the country.

Founded this not-for-profit international Community Interest Company to develop programmes to empower and improve the lives of young people, the elderly, offenders, refugees and migrants. Projects valued up to €4m. Key Achievements in role:-Reached over 3m people worldwide and helped over 100,000 young people.Completed 20+ EU projects with >100 partners in 25 countries and 175 UK projects with 2000+ partners.Secured matched funding and chosen as the lead partner for the project ‘Future DiverCities’.Launched ‘The Last Post’ a First World War centenary project at no.10. Downing Street.Handpicked as Chair of the project ‘Lighthouses’ working with 17 partners in 9 countries to establish a programme of touring new music.Created the largest community led project ‘Our Big Gig” in the London 2012 closing ceremony endorsed by Coldplay, with an audience of 200k+ on its first day alone.Achieved the status as 1 of 3 organisations named as a legacy from London 2012.Won the 2014 UNESCO Learning Prize Award in Holland for the PEETA programme.Secured matched funding from the Medical Foundation for Lichenstein and Exeter University to create Superact’s SEPE (BTEC qualification – music to horticulture) to assist long-term unemployed, adults in prison and those with specific learning needs.Secured EU funding to benefit projects in the South West with Special schools and the Royal School for the Deaf and Blind in Exeter.‘Musical Pathways’ won the Royal Society for Public Health Awards for Arts in Prison work.Won the National Offender Management Services award grant to establish a new working model to reduce re-offending. Contributed to the Educational review of the Ministry of Security & Justice in the Netherlands, the Board of UK Public Health Association, the 2016 Justice Review led by Arts & Health South West plus steering groups.Contributed to The Culture White Paper (Mar 2016) and Creating Conditions for Integration (2012).

Director leading staff in fundraising, EU funding, events at Windsor Castle and running the committee of VIP Ladies. Successfully grew the region from greenfield to turnover of £600k pa.

Ran fundraising for the Oxfordshire branch (top 3 fundraiser UK wide with £2.5m generated). Ran national press campaigns/conferences and created and executed major fundraising events.
