•Responsibilities: -Electrical workshop -Instrument and control valves workshop -Air conditioning workshop -Electrical substations 1201/2/3, 140 & 150•Attend HAZOP study at Enppi premises for CDU1 gas compressor for three days (March 2014)•Attend HAZOP study at Enppi premises for CDU2 VRU for two weeks (October 2014)

Activities:ASORC I&C team leader responsible for the following activities:-1.CDU1 DCS project: Replacement of existing Fisher Provox DCS by Yokogawa CS3000 DCS, upgrade of CDU2 DCS workstations, and replacement of CDU1 field instruments.a.Yokogawa CS3000 DCS FAT and SAT for CDU1.b.DCS and field instruments pre-commissioning, commissioning & start-up for CDU1.2.2nd Stage Desalter project: adding a new node to CDU2 DCS to control/monitor the 2nd stage Desalter.a.Installation of the new node and its I/O cards, hardware/software configuration & graphic implementation.b.Pre-commissioning, commissioning & start-up including DCS SAT (for the new node).3.Boilers A&B field instruments and control systems upgrade project: upgrade of Invensys I/A series DCS (CP60 to FCP270), upgrade of Boilers A&B BMS systems, and replacement of Boilers A&B field instrumentsa.FAT, SAT for DCS (Invensys FCP270) and BMS systemsb.Pre-commissioning, commissioning & start-up of Boilers A&Bc.Boilers A&B Loop checks, Field Instruments checks and calibration4.Maintenance for CDU1, CDU2 and Utility Areas including the following:•Yokogawa CS3000 DCS for CDU1 & CDU2 •Invensys (I/A FCP270) DCS for Boilers A, B & C•Allen Bradley (SLC5/03) PLC for Boiler C BMS•Siemens (Pro-Safe) PLC for CDU1 ESD•Siemens (step7) PLC for Air Compressor •ABB (Freelance 2000) PLC for 10H102 Heater BMS•Schneider (Premium PL7) PLC for 10H101 Heater BMS .•Traditional, HART & FF-Bus Transmitters /Control valves, ON/OFF valves, field mounted controllers, Flame Scanners, Switches and Local indicators•Saacke Direct Digital Combustion Control System "DDCCS 3000" for Boiler C .

•Responsibilities:Loops check for EBIC KAAP ammonia plant project :-Delta V DCS -Triconex SIS and ITCC systems-Allen Bradley PLC for purge gas recovery unit (PGRU) and ammonia loading arm-Field instruments including foundation fieldbus (FF) ,HART and Traditional types

Yokogawa CS3000 DCS and Prosafe PLC's ESD/FGS Technical Support for commissioning team to complete commissioning activities and Operation support during Startup phase (Burullus Natural Gas Company, Simian/Sienna and Sapphire Projects).
