After 18 years in Retail Banking an opportunity arose to join Norfolk Weallth Management a partner practice of St. James's Place. I could see this was a great opportunity to carrying on working alongside Daniel Hurren who is the Director.Daniel and I share the same views about providing our clients with long-term, regular financial reviews and contact and are passionate about giving excellent customer service by working with them to help achieve financial goals.Being based in the Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft area and having a husband who works in the offshore energy sector, I know only too well how important it is that these clients get specialsed tailored advice as they have financial needs which are constantly changing.In these sometimes challenging times it is more important than ever to work together with a Financial planner who you can be confident that will give trusted advice.

This involved working closely not only with the Local Director but also the Local Management team and branch managers. There was a need to be highly organised and be proactive in complex diary management taking into account the commitments and requirements of line manager to ensure his time is used effectively.Anticipated requirements and identified appropriate opportunities to act on behalf of the Local Director across all areas of the manager’s responsibility in daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc tasks.Prioritised own workload with minimum supervision or intervention and able to make decisions on own initiative.Assisted Local Director with the delivery of balanced sales and service performance by pro-actively analysing and producing accurate Management Information, identified trends and flags concerns.Worked confidentially to ensure compliance with internal and external procedures and regulations were up to date.
