Developed a simulation to model the dynamics of a robot with adhesive grippers grasping an incoming object in a weightless environment. Conducted real-world experiments to verify the model, through which I learned ROS & how to write simple controllers.

Position focused on promoting STEM education and leadership for female high schools students. As a mentor, I lead discussions with a group of students to facilitate innovative leadership training and support as they transition from high school to college.

Certified to use Wet Benches, Woollam & PlasmaTherm CCP-Deposition nanofabrication tools. Periodically run experiments, collect & analyze data to ensure the CCP-Dep tool is depositing various compounds at consistent rates & thicknesses.

Primary jobs include recruiting new members and organizing the club's events, including coordinating guest speakers, panel discussions, and a banquet.

Worked on the mission operations for the QB50 satellite mission. Generated models in MATLAB to compute satellite power & link budgets, & established the satellite’s power cycle during different stages in orbit. Modeled orbits in AGI Systems Tool Kit & analyzed data to optimize solar panel placement & ground communication periods. Obtained an FCC Radio Technician License to begin repairing Stanford’s satellite ground station.

A month-long summer program focused on introduction to various Mechanical Engineering topics and tools including mechanics, the design process, SolidWorks and MATLAB. Through this program, presented a design for a net-zero energy skyscraper at the American Geophysical Fall Meeting in 2016.
